DELIVERY:

After placing your order, you will get an email with the order summary and the approximate time of delivery to your address. You can also track the item via Shiprocket. Unexpected events can cause delivery times to extend occasionally. But, we are unable to make up for any emotional suffering brought on by the delivery delay.

LIABILITY OF DAMAGED GOOD:

We are only liable for the items which are delivered damaged from our end. But you need to do a complete video proof from receiving the item to unpacking the item and we will verify it before taking any action. If the product is damaged during the shipping period, NXT episode is not liable for this misfortune. 

RETURN & EXCHANGE:
