Picture this: you've
received your product and it's not quite what you expected. No worries, because
we've got an exchange and return policy that's more flexible than The
Incredibles family. You've got 3 days to request an exchange or return, and
we'll swoop in like superheroes within 3-5 days to pick it up. This may be
checked by our executive who picks up the product as well as by our warehouse.  If you could personally visit our
office at 1/19b Sree Colony, Jadavpur, Near Bani Bhavan Gate, Kolkata 700092,
you will have 5 days for exchange.

1. To return or exchange, make
sure your items are back in their original packaging—hangers, polybags, hang
tags, boxes, dust bags, and gift boxes—just like they reached you.

2. Keep it fresh: items should
be untouched, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged! 

3. Socks aren’t meant to be
returned or exchanged as we deeply care about our customers. We want to
maintain hygiene to give you a premium experience while using our products.

4. If you return our product,
the amount will be credited to your account after deducting INR 100 as a
shipping and handling charge. In case you purchased 6 or more items, only 3
products will be valid for return and exchange. 

5. Your first exchange is on the
house - no extra fees, no fuss! In case, you apply for 2nd exchange (apply here
only), INR 100 needs to be paid as a shipping and handling charge so we can
process it smoothly.

6. Listen up, folks! You've got
just two shots at the exchange, so nail down exactly what size and design you
want before you hit that buy button.

7. The refund will include only
the value of the ordered items. Shipping charges paid during order placement
will not be refunded.

8. Products purchased during a
SALE can’t be returned. You are welcome to exchange the product. If your exchange is requested after the SALE ends, you don’t need to pay anything for
size exchange but if you are exchanging for another design, you need to pay the
price shown on our website at that time for the particular product. 

9. Returns will not be
accepted if the brand tag or plastic seal is removed from the product.

 

NOTE: We know how it
feels to get a new product after waiting a while and how you feel excited to
try it on. But we suggest to try it while you aren’t sweating, or wearing any
makeup or perfume. As we expect to maintain hygiene at every step, we usually don’t accept any return or exchange if the product shows any sign of use.
