Why can’t I seethe Cash On Delivery (COD) option?

Can I get my order delivered faster?

Sorry, we couldn’t get in touch with Flash right now but we do have some
of his ability. So, we are all prepared to deliver your order within 3 days if
you live in Kolkata and 4-5 days if you live anywhere else in West Bengal. And
no worries we take 5-6 days to reach outside West Bengal. You'll get a message
from us if we ever can get Flash as our delivery partner and your local pincode
works.

What if I need to modify or cancel my order?

If you wish to cancel/modify your prepaid order, the request must be
placed before packing & shipping, kyun ki hum aaj bhi shipped hua product
cancel or modify nahi karte. You can cancel by going to your order details. And
if you seek to modify, send the request to our enchanted email realm at teamnxtepisode@gmail.com from your registered email ID.

How do I know if my order was placed successfully?

Following a successful order placement, you will receive a confirmation
email, SMS, or WhatsApp including your order ID and other details. “Pehli baar
mein sabse jyada maza aata hai” dekh lena. 

How do I check the status of my order?

Just use the spell ‘Track your order’ and voila! The magical tracking id
is the wand you should use to track your order. Visit the order details and
you’ll understand how the spell works.

Return, Refund & Exchange:

Do you guys have a return/refund policy?

Yes, you can request a return or exchange within 3 days of receiving the
products.

How do I create an exchange or return request?

Jao aap jao, karlo return or exchange. Let us guide you-
Tumhare pas hai ‘My Order’ section. Jaa ke waha dekho you
will find the exchange and return button.

Click the button as per your requirement and choose a reason for it. 

Now submit your request.

What if I receive a wrong or damaged product?

If you find a damaged product like GOT’s last season, you
need to provide video proof. Let us disclose the procedure-You will submit a video proof. Record the video from the
moment you received the package to unboxing it.

Our own Sherlock from team NXT episode will investigate
the case. If we find anyone guilty of the charge, we will take care
of the procedure by picking up the product from your place and sending you the right one without any extra payment. In case, you receive the wrong product, please follow the same procedure. 

Is there an additional fee for exchanging?

Not for the first exchange request… kyun ki 'Bahut pyar karte hai, tumko
sanam’! So, we want you to have a little less worry about external charges. For
the second exchange request, you will be charged INR 100 as a shipping and
handling charge.

What if I exchange for something pricier or of lowervalue?

If you're upgrading to a pricier product, just pay the difference at
checkout like a sneaky spy passing along secret information. And if you're
exchanging for something less expensive, we'll refund the difference directly
to your bank account.

Why did the pick-up fail of my product?

We make 3 attempts to pick up the item. If the item is not picked up on
the second attempt, the pickup request will be marked as failed. You can
initiate a new return/exchange request if the item meets the return criteria
and is within the specified return/exchange period (check the product details
page for the same).

How many days it will take to get my refund?

The refund will be processed once the return reaches our
warehouse & the product passes the QC test. Once the refund has been
initiated by us as per our Returns Policy, the refund amount is expected to be
reflected in the customer account as per the following timelines.

 The customer is responsible for providing accurate bank
account details for refunds. NXT episode is not liable for errors in the
provided details.

 PLEASE NOTE: We initiate the refund after the returned
item has reached us and the quality check is successful. Therefore, the refund
initiation time may vary depending on the time taken by the courier partner to
pick up the return (up to 4 - 7 days from the date of request) & deliver the
return to our warehouse (may take up to 15 days) from return pickup. In case of
any refund discrepancies, NXT episode would at its sole discretion, request you
to share with us a screenshot of your bank statement.

Why did my return get rejected?

The possible reasons for that are-   The item received has not been sent back with all its original packaging and perfect condition.

If the products are returned in poor condition or have clearly been worn, a refund will not be provided.

Shipping

When can I expect my order to arrive?

We will never let you sing ‘Inteha ho gayi intezaar ki’... With orders
being processed within 24 working hours and estimated to arrive within 3-7
business days, you'll have your new goodies in no time!

How much will delivery cost us?

Humara ek usool hai, NO shipping charge will be applied agar aap 3 se
jyada product khareed te ho. Our services are incredibly affordable with rates
starting at just 50/- for Kolkata, 60/- for Howrah and PAN West Bengal and only
70/- for the rest of India.

Delivery:

What if the delivery partner can’t reach me?/What if I amnot available during the time the delivery partner reaches my address?

‘Der naa ho jaye kahin der naa ho jaaye’ so try to stay reachable at the
number you gave us. If you miss the initial chance, our delivery partner will
attempt to contact you twice more. Following that, we will discuss the issue
with you over WhatsApp or Phone call.

What if I refuse to accept the order?

The delivery fee will be deducted before we refund the
money to your bank account. But ‘dil mera churaya kyun, jab ye dil todna hi
tha’! Don’t do that nah…

if it's not received by you, please email or contact us within 24 hours.
